Terms and Conditions of Sale

All sales are exchangeable for thirty (30) days for alternate merchandise or merchandise credit only. No refunds are available.

Applicable sales tax will be added to your order for all orders shipped to the states of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida. All orders are insured for actual value during shipping, and require a signature for delivery.

Warranty

Over the last two decades, we have established a strong record of standing behind our products and providing outstanding customer service. Minor repairs such as replacing a broken post on an earring, adjusting a clasp, tightening a stone and even re-polishing an older piece are all performed free of charge. This applies over the lifetime of the piece.

We provide a free appraisal within two weeks of your order, which also functions as a Certificate of Authenticity. The appraisal will include the gold weight, type and size of all gemstones, diamond color and clarity if applicable, length of chain, and any other pertinent information, as well as replacement value.

All merchandise is guaranteed to be free of defect upon receipt, and free of defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product, under conditions of normal wear. If a stone falls out, we reset it at no charge. If a stone is lost we will replace it at cost, with no added markup.

Returns

If you have any problems, or if your jewelry is defective in any way, please call and tell us about it. We can then determine what you need and what the best course of action is. If we determine that an item must be returned, please pack it carefully in the same box it was shipped in if possible. Do not ship it until you receive a Return Authorization ('RA') number from us. This number must clearly show on the outside of the box.

Ship it back to us pre-paid via USPS insured or UPS insured only, with insurance covering the full retail price of the item(s) being returned. We strongly recommend that you request a return receipt on all shipments for your protection. We will pay for return shipping back to you.
